RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy : 

All Hats, Graphic Items and Markdown Items are Final Sale. All other items may be exchanged for Store Credit within 15 days of Purchase Date. Buyer is responsible for return postage and items must be back in our warehouse within 15 days of receiving the items via mail or in store pick up. If items are returned outside of time frame, they will be denied and sent back to sender. Once items have been checked back into our warehouse, we will email / text store credit that does not expire. 

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Care department at reapthesew@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of receiving items to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to hats caused by improper handling/washing.
